Things are getting increasingly intense in Arcardia, everyone. The virus keeps spreading and no one has any clue what's causing it or how to stop it. This week we get a lot of great acting from Mark Hildreth as Pastor Tom and Christopher Berry as Office Carl, even more shadiness from Michelle Fairley as Margaret, and the addition of Kyle Secor as Brian Addison. Relationships and friendships continue to blossom, all against the backdrop of a viral epidemic.

Alright, well we start this episode, entitled "Miracles" off with a creepy ass dream sequence involving Rachael. She chases after a little girl who then disappears and then smoke starts coming out of the doorway, which she and we then find out is coming from the fire within the factory. Then everyone's favorite biznatch, Margaret shows up. Back in reality, Margaret tells Jacob about the dream she just had and asked if she knows someone named Rachael. Umm that's weird...are Rachael and Margaret sharing dreams?

Ray comes into Elaine's café and is upset to learn that she kicked out the other members of the "True Living" club. He runs into Officer Carl who is a little tipsy. They chat about the Returned and Ray convinces Carl to join the next club meeting.

Bellamy is doing research in his office when he gets a surprise visit from Maggie. She tells him all about Rachael and how it's likely she'll be infected soon, and he tells her to give Rachael the meds. Maggie has no clue what the meds are or what they do, so in good conscious, she refuses to give them to Rachael. Maggie questions Bellamy how he knows that the medicine works, but he continues to hide the secret that he, in fact, is a Returned.

Tom and Janine get a call from Maggie telling them to come be with Rachael as she gets the medicine. Knowing that without the meds, Rachael will most likely be terminally infected, she laments that it's all "a lot to take in" and she asks to be alone. Tom has a hard time understanding why it's taking Rachael such a long time to make a decision, but Janine explains that it's all about faith. Talk about a hard situation...your husband's ex has returned from the dead and is pregnant. Way to go, Janine for seeing such a badass woman and being ok with it all.

Henry is busy working on plans for the new factory with the investor, Brian. Remember, his grandfather, who has returned, used to work in the factory, but Henry doesn't know that yet. Margaret comes in the room to introduce herself, but Henry introduces her as his cousin. Brian knows better than that and claims that he believes in the whole Returned situation. Margaret continues being a shady biznatch by making passive-aggressive comments and completely grilling Brian about his work experience. It also seems Brian has quite a little crush on Margaret and invites her to dinner, which she thinks is purely business.

Carl ends up going to the True Living meeting and tells the rest of the members the story of his brother, Mikey and how much he hated him, both dead and alive. He eventually admits to killing him, which the group claims is impossible because "you can't kill somebody who's already dead."

Tom goes back to Rachael's room where she tells him she's made up her mind and wanted him to be the first to know. She has decided to not take the medicine, which greatly upsets Tom because he "can't accept that." She tries to get him to understand that her baby is more important. She then goes on to tell Tom about the vivid dream she had, which she says was scary but strangely reassuring. Tom tries to change her mind because he's lost her once and doesn't want to lose her again, but she admits that she's at peace with the whole situation. She then passes out and starts bleeding from her ear.

After the meeting, Carl soon realizes that something is wrong with Ray. He's completely unresponsive. Hmm seems like someone got infected. But wait...Ray isn't a Returned? Ruh roh!

Tom visits Maggie at her office where she apologizes for Rachael's situation and tells him that she's still unconscious, but at least she's stable. Tom tries to persuade Maggie to give her the medicine regardless of her decision to not take it, because it's his baby, too. Despite Tom's pleading, Maggie can't and won't do it. Sheriff Langston rushes into her office to tell her about Ray. She's completely baffled because Ray isn't a Returned. Fred and Maggie question Bellamy about the information he gave them and his ties to the government. He puts a call into Forrester to ask him whether or not it's ok to give Ray, a non-Returned, the medicine. She says that under no circumstances should a living patient be given the medicine because their immune systems are different from the Returned. Tom storms out because he feels helpless. He complains that Janine keeps telling him to have faith, but at this point he doesn't know what to have faith in. Looks like Pastor Tom is a little shaky...but I don't blame him. Bellamy admits that he has the virus and his own supply of the medicine. Tom tries to convince Bellamy to help him give them to Rachael, and it seems as though Bellamy is on board.

Margaret and Brian go to dinner together and she tells him all about the factory and her connection to the Langstons. She admits to being in an arranged marriage. When asked if she learned to love her husband, she denies it, going into details of his drinking and other bad habits. Anyone else feel the awkward sexual tension or is it just me?!

Tom and Bellamy go up to the hospital where they run into Maggie. Bellamy tells her he's only there because Tom wanted some company. Maggie knows something's up, but doesn't know what. Before Bellamy sticks Rachael with the needle full of medicine, Maggie comes back in the room because she forgot her key. Busted! Bellamy doesn't want the responsibility so he passes the needle to Tom. Maggie comes into the room completely shocked that Tom was about to go through with it. Tom almost blows Bellamy's cover by forcing him to tell Maggie he's a Returned. He finally does tell her outside the hospital. Thank god, it took him long enough! Maggie gets pissed that Bellamy found out a week ago and didn't trust her enough to tell her. She asks how she can trust him when he keeps lying to her. Bellamy is clearly in the doghouse.

Carl, back with the True Living Club, tells everyone about Ray getting sick. Rallying everyone behind him, he suggests they take action later that night. Clearly things aren't going to end well for one of the sides, and I'm going to guess it's for the living.

Tom gets called back to Rachael's room. It seems that without the help of any meds or anything, Rachael is completely fine again. The virus is just effing with everyone now and just sitting there laughing while everyone freaks out. Way to go, virus. Although Janine thinks it's a miracle, Tom isn't so sure.

Margaret ends up going back to Brian's house. But it's purely business, I swear! She snoops around his house and figures out the connection between his grandfather and the factory fire, and leaves in a rush. Brian's grandfather comes out and yells at him in fear of Margaret finding out who he is. Well sir, too late.

At the end of the episode, Fred claims that if one more person gets sick, he's shutting the whole town down. Well I have a feeling more than just one more person is going to get sick, Fred. Maggie and Bellamy meet up where he apologizes for not telling her earlier, he just didn't want his Returned status to define him, to which Maggie answers, "we all have issues." Aint that the truth, Maggie. Margaret goes to visit Rachael in the hospital, where they are equally shocked to meet each other. Margaret explains that the dream wasn't a dream, it was a memory. She goes on to tell her that the man that she saw in the dream (Brian's grandfather) is back. Bellamy drives around town and sees the True Living painting doors to mark the houses of the Returned. It's like Passover all over again, everyone!

Who's going to get sick next? Is Rachael's baby going to be ok? What are the True Living going to do? Keep watching RESURRECTION on ABC to find out!
