NBC Deportes presents another exciting installment in the "Boxeo Telemundo Ford" series with the WBO's (interim) Latin Superfly title match. Florida native Daniel "Alacrán" Lozano takes on Puerto Rico's David "El Diablo" Calderón live at Tampa's A la Carte Event Pavilion in a fight scheduled for 10 rounds, featuring narration by the acclaimed and experienced René Giraldo and commentary by Edgar López.

Daniel Lozano (13-3, 10KO) is eager to redeem himself after losing his only two fights this year and prove he still has the power that made him one of the top-ranked boxers in 2014. He became the Latin Superfly champion in August of that year after beating Mexico's Antonio Tostado by technical KNOCKOUT in the eighth round, a triumph he repeated two months later with another TKO over Jonathan "Pitbull" Vidal of Puerto Rico, this time in the fourth round. "Boxeo Telemundo Ford" featured both epic battles.

Friday's fight will be the year's first for David "El Diablo" Quijano, who lost a memorable bout against his countryman and former Olympian McJoe Arroyo in an eighth-round decision in 2014. Quijada has a formidable record of nine knockouts to his credit, seven of them in the first three rounds.

The protagonists of the final fight on the "Boxeo Telemundo Ford" fall calendar have yet to be announced.
