Angela Kinsey to Join Rob Riggles in Fox's THE GABRIELS

THE OFFICE's Angela Kinsey has officially signed on to star in Fox's upcoming comedy pilot, THE GABRIELS, The Hollywood Reporter has announced. The project, written by Andrew Gurland and Justin Hurwitz, was previously titled HOUSE RULES.

Kinsey will play 'Gail Gabriel,' the matriarch of the Gabriel clan, a neurotic family who despise everythign 'normal,' who are striving to fit into a small Midwestern town. Gail is a therapist who isn't so great at her job - she tends to make her patients feel pretty much awful, more often than not. Riggle is set to play her husband - the slightly less normal of the two.

Tim Meadows, Sarah Sevigny, Brooke Sorenson and River Alexander have also been tapped to star in the pilot, directed by Jason Winer. Gurland and Hurwitz will also serve as executive producers.

Aside from playing the cat-loving 'Angela' on THE OFFICE, Kinsey has also appeared in Chris Colfer's recent feature film STRUCK BY LIGHTNING.
