"Nightline" turned in increases from the previous week (1.414 million, 538,000 and 434,000 for w/o 9/26/16) in Total Viewers (+10%), Adults 25-54 (+6%) and Adults 18-49 (+1%), hitting season highs and delivering its best numbers in all key target demos since June - since w/o 6/13/16. In contrast, CBS' "The Late Late Show with James Corden" (-7%/-5%/-5%) and NBC's "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (-6%/-8%/-9%) delivered across-the-board losses week to week. "Nightline" improved on the year-ago week (1.445 million and 432,000 for w/o 10/5/15) in Total Viewers (+7%) and Adults 18-49 (+2%). "Nightline" held the top 3 telecasts of the week in Total Viewers with its Monday (1.786 million), Wednesday (1.577 million) and Thursday (1.566 million) airings, ahead of every telecast of the week of CBS' "The Late Late Show with James Corden" and NBC's "Late Night with Seth Meyers."
