"Dancing with the Stars" (8:00-10:00 p.m. - 12.4 million and 2.0/6 in AD18-49): From 8:00-10:00 p.m. ABC's "Dancing with the Stars" outdrew NBC's "The Voice" in Total Viewers (12.4 million vs. 11.9 million) to rank as Monday's most-watched TV show. Also from 8:00 -10:00 p.m., "Dancing" quadrupled Fox's Monday dramas ("Gotham"/"Minority Report" = 3.0 million and 1.1/3) in the 2-hour time slot in Total Viewers (+313%) and nearly doubled them in Adults 18-49 (+82%).

The ABC unscripted series was up week to week (11.9 million and 1.8/5, respectively, on 10/26/15) in Total Viewers (+4%) and Adults 18-49 (+11%) to deliver a best-since-premiere young adult rating - since 9/14/15.

"Countdown to the CMA Awards" (10:00-11:00 p.m. - 5.5 million and 1.0/3 in AD18-49):
At 10:00 p.m., leading up to Wednesday's "CMA Awards" broadcast on ABC, "Countdown to the CMA Awards: Country's Greatest Crossover Hits with Robin Roberts" drew 5.5 million viewers and a 1.0/3 in Adults 18-49.

Projections Rationale:
Lifts vs. L+SD are based on the 2015-16 season for premiere telecast or an average for originals (excluding the premiere).
Returning shows: Profile based on same show (either premiere or averages for originals).
New Series: Based on similar series.

A note about DVR penetration: DVR penetration in the Nielsen sample is currently at 48% in U.S. TV Homes. More viewers are watching shows on their own timetables, which are increasingly not reflected in the overnight Live + Same Day numbers. As a result, the Live + 7 Day ratings are the most accurate measure to gauge the size of the TV audience.
