About Dierks Bentley

Multi-platinum selling singer/songwriter Dierks Bentley has never had to follow trends; he challenges them and creates his own. Bentley continues one of the most interesting journeys in country music with the newest mile-marker, his eighth studio album "Black," set for release on May 27. The forthcoming album's lead single, "Somewhere on a Beach," continues to breeze up the radio charts in the Top 10 as the fastest moving single of the singer's career. On the heels his career album "Riser," which earned critical acclaim, commercial success and an armful of Grammy, CMA and ACM nominations, Bentley's seven previous studio albums have sold more than five million copies, notched 13 chart-topping singles, earned 13 Grammy nominations and membership at the Grand Ole Opry for more than a decade. The "format superstar" (Entertainment Weekly) will set sail on his 2016 Somewhere on a Beach Tour with Randy Houser, Cam and Tucker Beathard, beginning May 12 in Holmdel, New Jersey, following a string of dates overseas this month.
