Matt Kane, who plays Jace on "Switched at Birth," and Sherri Saum, who stars as Lena Adams on "The Fosters," will participate in live Twitter chats with fans during the East Coast broadcasts of their series Monday, July 29th, starting at 8:00 p.m. ET / 5:00 p.m. PT.

Matt Kane, who guest stars as Jace on "Switched at Birth," will be tweeting with fans live via his handle @MattKaneUK during the East Coast broadcast of the series from 8:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. ET / 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. PT. Fans should tweet at Matt's handle and include the hashtag #SwitchedAtBirthChat in their tweets to ask their questions. In the new episode of "Switched at Birth," when business at Maui, Kansas starts to slow, Bay coordinates a Deaf Day and works with Emmett to organize a special screening of "Deafenstein." Daphne is shocked at what she discovers when she and Jace run into Chef Jeff (guest star Justin Bruening, "Grey's Anatomy"), and John brings some business to Regina. Meanwhile, Toby tries to help Nikki (guest star Cassi Thomson, "Big Love") cope with a family tragedy from her past.

On "The Fosters," Sherri plays Lena Adams, devoted lesbian partner to Stef Foster and loving co-mother to their three children. In the all-new episode titled "Vigil," Lena tries to process the extent of Mariana and Jesus' lies while Stef and Mike head to Ana's to try and find Jesus. What they encounter lands someone in the hospital and changes the Foster family forever. While the family waits anxiously for news, tensions rise over the secrets the kids kept from Stef and Lena and even Brandon realizes he's to blame for covering for the twins. Callie has a heart-to-heart with Brandon to help him understand the perspective of a foster child and Brandon learns how Callie's mother died. Wyatt calls Callie on her growing bond with Brandon but Callie is all too familiar with the damage that could result from this kind of relationship.
