Just because it's free doesn't mean it can't be amazing, and with the complimentary breakfast at this Baltimore hotel, guests can be well-fueled for whatever the day may bring. With the new program, offerings will be different on weekends and weekdays, catering to both families and business travelers. Waffles will continue to have a home in the weekend buffet, while during the week they'll be replaced by fresh melon and strawberries, deli ham, two cheeses and fresh baby spinach; items that are sure to please any business traveler's palate.

The delicious oatmeal can now be topped with two types of nuts, two dried fruits, brown sugar, cinnamon, honey, agave nectar, chocolate chips or shredded coconut. These toppings are great for Greek yogurt, too, which has also been added to the menu. Those with a sweet tooth will love the rotating selection of breads that includes pumpkin, banana and zucchini, plus the addition on Nutella, which is perfect for spreading on bagels or whole grain toast. Spice up eggs with Dijon mustard and three new hot sauces.

Breakfast is often the healthiest meal of the day, and SpringHill Suites Arundel Mills BWI Airport makes it easy to eat smart with Kashi and Kellogg's Low Fat granola cereals and seasonal hand fruit. Pair a healthy breakfast with a workout in the newly renovated fitness center.

While the offerings are new, guests can continue to enjoy breakfast on weekdays from 6:00 to 9:30am and on weekends from 7 to 10:00am.
