BIO:
Rising star Hudson Moore has been in a whirlwind since he began his musical career in 2010. The 22 year old Fort Worth native, now based in Austin, TX, has headlined Billy Bob’s Texas numerous times, performed for thousands of fans at the famed Austin City Limits Festival and played South-By-Southwest (SXSW) 3 years in a row, where he was named "Band of the Day" by CMT.com in 2011. His debut single, "Fireworks" (written and produced by Moore) climbed to #1 on the TX Music Chart and remained there for 2 weeks. It was the 7th most played song in Texas in 2012, racking up an impressive 18,198 spins in just 4 months. Moore has opened for many notable artists/bands such as ZZ Top, Gary Clark Jr., Third Eye Blind, Alan Jackson, Lee Brice, Pat Green, Robert Earl Keen, Chris Young, Josh Abbott, Kevin Fowler and many other. Hudson has also recorded with many great musicians such as Reese Wynans of the Stevie Ray Vaughan Band and David Labruyere, bass player for John Mayer for over 10 years. Hudson is not only passionate about performing and making music, but giving back to his fans as well. Moore holds an annual Christmas Concert in his hometown of Ft Worth where he's made a tradition of donating all proceeds to the Wounded Warrior Project. To this date, he has donated a sum of $50,000. More is also passionate about Film. One of his newest songs, "Cold Grey Light of Dawn", (Co-written by Wally Wilson and Moore) will be featured in a new western film premiering at the Sundance Film Festival in 2013.
