Swedish-Belgian duo Victoria+Jean have just unleashed their sultry, swaggering new single "Takes You Like a Rose" - taken from their upcoming debut album Divine Love. Premiering on PureVolume, the track showcases Victoria's smoky vocals, delicate yet backed by some serious muscle, accompanied by Jean's understated bluesy guitar lines. One of the first songs the duo composed, the song tells the story of "a girl who manipulates with people's minds, and in someway she's nearly borderline crazy...it gets to you, and doesn't leave you."

"Takes You Like a Rose" is perhaps the bluesiest track we'll get from Victoria+Jean, but stands as a perfect example of the confident attitude and sensual undertones of Divine Love. The magnetic attraction and chemistry between the couple is undeniable - coming into full bloom on April 29.

Victoria+Jean will also be playing three shows at this year's SXSW. If you're in Austin, make sure you don't miss the unstoppable force that is Victoria+Jean.
