Actress, producer and singer Rita Wilson stopped by last night's LATE NIGHT WITH SETH MEYERS to talk about making her debut at New York's legendary Cafe Carlyle. Check out clips from the appearance below!

Wilson is making her Café Carlyle debut in a two-week engagement, September 24 - October 4. She and a band including musical director Andrew Doolittle (guitar, background vocals), Alex Navarro (piano, keyboards, background vocals), Lee Nadel (bass) and Rich Mercurio (drums) will perform songs from Wilson's forthcoming second album with original material due out in early 2015, as well as selections from her collection of classics, AM/FM.

Rita Wilson is perhaps best known as an actress (It's Complicated, Sleepless in Seattle, and recurring roles on CBS' THE GOOD WIFE and HBO's Girls) and a film producer (discovered My Big Fat Greek Wedding, Mamma Mia!), few may be aware that her early show business ambitions were actually musical. Beginning with her 2012 debut album AM/FM (Decca Records) which Stephen Holden of The New York Times praised as "a charming, nostalgic throwback to the soft rock of Los Angeles in the 1970s and early '80s," Rita Wilson has gone on to hone her career as a songwriter, working with celebrated songwriting partners including GRAMMY Award-winner Richard Marx as well as acclaimed songwriters Kara Dioguardi, Jason Reeves, Kristian Bush of Sugarland and more.
