Tits of Clay played a special midnight show -- with surprise special guest Lena Hall and Stephen Trask -- at NYC's Mercury Lounge last night, September 4. Watch them perform "Angry Inch" and "Dance This Mess Around" below!

Handpicked by renowned musician/composer Stephen Trask, the band performs by day/evening as the Angry Inch in the Broadway smash hit production of Hedwig and the Angry Inch and by night as Hedwig-lyric-inspired Tits of Clay.

Born out of the idea that any proper production of Hedwig must remain true to its New York City night club roots, the band members-all of whom have serious cred in the rock world-knew immediately that the Broadway stage could not contain their shared creativity. They have already played to capacity crowds at Rockwood Music Hall and the Mercury Lounge, and this show will find them both paying homage to and further exploring Hedwig's punk rock roots. As always there will be special guests, but the Tits will never let on in advance who to expect.
