Last week, legendary artist Cher dropped her latest album, "Closer to the Truth," and debuted a new single called "I Hope You Find It," along with its official lyric video.
The single is an unusual choice for Cher as it was covered in 2010 by Miley Cyrus for her film, 'The Last Song.' Recently, Cher shared her strong reaction to the controversial VMA performance by the former Hannah Montana star, calling it "so bad." "I'm not old-fashioned," Cher told USA Today in an interview following the broadcast. "She could have come out naked, and if she'd just rocked the house, I would have said, 'You go, girl.' It just wasn't done well. She can't dance, her body looked like hell, the song wasn't great, one cheek was hanging out. And, chick, don't stick out your tongue if it's coated." Perhaps feeling a bit of regret for her harsh words, Cher later took to Twitter to admit that she was "a little ashamed" and claiming that she should've kept her "big opinionated mouth shut."Videos
