First Second Records will release "The Way You Look Tonight", the new album from contemporary, big band singer, Steven Davis, June 17, 2016. To kick off the album release, Davis has partnered with the team at BroadwayWorld to premiere the album's title track. The singer pays tribute to an incredible list of performers on the 8-track album that features such classics as "Come Fly With Me," "Luck Be A Lady," and "Ain't That A Kick In The Head."

When asked about recording The Way You Look Tonight Davis said he "wanted the songs to be a full throttle- big band-swing tribute to those singers and songwriters who have taught me so much through the years and who have been such a source of inspiration." He goes on, "I wanted this recording to put a smile on your face, joy in your heart, and make you wanna dance!"

Performing with a 17-piece big band, Davis recorded the album at the legendary Capitol Studios in Los Angeles. The singer worked with an incredible team to create The Way You Look Tonight including Josh Charles (producer), Ed Cherney (mixed/recorded) and Andy Farber (arranged/conducted). He also partnered with this team on his recent and first ever holiday record, This Is Christmas, which was released in November, 2015. Davis saw such a good response to the album, he decided to work on a second release to come later this year!

Steven Davis is a prolific and gifted singer and songwriter of romantic songs in the tradition of the great American Singers. While Davis currently resides in Los Angeles, he hails from Kansas City and grew up in Omaha where he was immersed in music at a very early age. His work has taken him to stages across the world, following in the footsteps of iconic singers such as Sinatra and Tony Bennet. Davis has headlined at venues such as Rainbow and Stars in Rockefeller Center and Rainbow Room where he was also the bandleader, host and singer.
