Thrilling. Exquisite. Delicious. Traveler's music explodes with the vigor of youth colored by expert studio production. Put simply, Traveler's music makes bodies move. Traveler's "Forget Me" (Outside In Records) is out now.

The Original Mix of "Forget Me" mimics a star-gazer's unbridled delight with a lush production and pulsating 4/4 beat. Fans of Traveler will instantly recognize the duo's gorgeously gooey atmosphere replete with the tinkling synthesizer effects that seem like liquid rays of sunlight. "Forget Me" has a feeling at its core that envelopes listeners as they become hopelessly enthralled. It's as though the music itself possesses a heartbeat, its warm blood coursing through the veins of the loudspeakers. Sonic waves travel across the air upon the introduction of an electric guitar, its piercing screams stretched into a dreamlike riff evoking longing and lust. Like Traveler itself, "Forget Me" is impossible to neatly categorize. The track is at once retro and modern, celebratory and sophisticated, energetic and wise. It puts the listener in a mindful yet exuberant mood.

"Forget Me" is the first single from Traveler since the pair's re-launch and it deftly exhibits the maturing of these artists' studio production skills. Wispy male vocals so heavily distorted as to render the lyrics almost unintelligible, croon, "Out of the background / into the open," as the track detonates into the first chorus, utilizing every speck of available headroom. This house-music infused track builds to a powerful crescendo on the second chorus while layer upon layer of exotic resonance erupts into a massively blissful, throbbing climax. Daft Punk and Nile Rodgers would be proud.

Traveler is a live electronic band comprised of the American producers Zander and Peitzke. Traveler's live performances take listeners on a journey of emotion through sound and cutting-edge visuals. Established in 2010 and currently based out of Santa Barbara, California, Traveler has opened for major headlining acts such as Flume, Seven Lions, Duke Dumont, Odesza, Autograf, Emancipator, Pretty Lights, Bob Moses, Lee Burridge and many more. Zander of Traveler has performed as a DJ at key festivals including: Burning Man in the Black Rock Desert north of Reno, Nevada; Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) in Las Vegas; Beyond Wonderland in San Bernardino; Lucidity Festival in Santa Barbara; and Envision Festival in Costa Rica. Additionally, Zander has DJ'd at leading nightclubs including Avalon in Los Angeles.

Said Zander of "Forget Me," "Peitzke and I have been working really hard on these originals. I feel very inspired right now. We have so many amazing ideas we want to share. Releasing new music can be a little nerve-racking at times, but it's so satisfying to share our music with the world and have people connect with it. We're really happy with 'Forget Me' and we have a lot more originals and remixes coming out soon!"
