Jimmy Beaumont & The Skyliners

Jimmy Beaumont was only 17 when he co-wrote The Skyliners biggest hits Since I Don't Have You and This I Swear. Their songs were released nationally Februrary 16, 1959 and marked the beginning of a long and successful career for the group, but especially for Jimmy who still thrills audiences with his beautiful Doo Wop ballads, Jazz influenced standards, and Rock & Roll classics. Jimmy possessed a surprising talent and experience beyond his teen years having been influenceed by listening to Frank sinatra in his mom and dad's livingroom. He continued to grow and evolve musically as his music interest moved toward "group" harmony, especially the tight harmonies of The Moonglows.

Jimmy Beaumont and The Skyliners first appearance was at The Apollo Theater in Harlem where they would appear seven more times. Alan Freed invited them to appear on his 1959 Easter stage show with Jackie Wilson, Fats Domino, and Bobby Darin. Dick Clark took them on the road with his "Caravan of Stars" tour and featured them on Bandstand and his Saturday night television show numerous times.

After 50 years, Jimmy Beaumont and The Skyliners continue to record based on Jimmy's early infuences and love of music.

The Happenings featuring Bob Miranda

The Happenings virtually exploded onto the national charts in May of 1966 with their first single release, "See You In September". The song quickly spiraled up the charts to become an international #1 record throughout the entire summer. Most recently, Entertainment Magazine has listed "See You In September" in the top 100 summer songs of all time! The Happenings, continuing to become a major force in the music industry, soon released their next smash hit "Go Away Little Girl" and hugely successful album "Bye, Bye, So Long, Farewell". With Bob Miranda, the lead singer of The Happenings and the voice that literally spearheaded the group into international stardom, many great releases were to follow including the classic hits, "I Got Rhythm", "My Mammy", and a virtual treasure chest of hit albums!

The Crystals

The Crystals were the first act that producer Phil Spector gave full attention to w The Crystals were formed in Philadelphia in 1960, and were together for 6 years, disbanding in 1966.

Based in New York, the Crystals are considered to be the 'state of the art' girl group from the early Sixties era.

They recorded several sides, considered to be rock classics, including 'There's No Other (Like My Baby)', 'Uptown', 'He's Sure the Boy I Love', 'He's a Rebel', 'Da Doo Ron Ron (When He Walked Me Home)' and 'Then He Kissed Me'.

Lenny Welch

Lenny's recording of "Since I Fell For You" on the Cadence Label in 1964 became one of the nation's biggest records, selling over one million copies, and has been featured in several motion picture and television shows. His other hits include "You Don't Know Me", "Ebb Tide", "Breaking Up Is Hard To Do" and "Two Different Worlds."

Performing throughout Europe, South America, the Virgin Islands and the United States, here are some of the venues Lenny has worked: Trump Castle in Atlantic City, Radio City Music Hall, The Apollo Theatre, Nassau Coliseum, New Jersey's Meadowlands, Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas, the Flamingo Hilton, Laughlin Nevada, and on major Cruise ship lines. His numerous television performances include Dick Clark's American Bandstand and The Nashville Network-TNN.

Lenny has now added a new dimension to his show business career - acting. He trained intensively for several years in New York City. His credits include several appearances on the ABC Television Hit Soap "General Hospital." His talents extend to the commercial market where you may have heard his voice in Advertising campaigns for Mini-Oreos, Coca-Cola, Subaru and M&M's Candy.

Lenny's unique style and sound have made him one of the nations most respected singers. His fans range from teens to senior citizens. Without question, he is one of the finest balladeers around today.
