Z2 Entertainment will present the Playboy Tour with Barely Alive + Dodge & Fuski at the Fox Theatre on Sunday, October 12th, 2014. Tickets are on sale Friday, August 8th at noon for $12.00 in advance or $15.00 day of show.
Barely Alive are unquestionably one of the hottest new properties in bass music. Since their first release less than a year ago, the guys have racked up multiple Beatport top 10s, millions of youtube plays and have remixed for Datsik and Getter, Destroid, Virtual Riot and Astronaut, as well as having a collaboration with Excision's live act Destroid in the works.
2014 sees them joining the family at Dodge & Fuski's label Disciple Recordings, along with signing to APA Talent Agency. With a huge North American tour in the pipeline and another killer EP due in late May, make sure you keep your eyes peeled for these guys as they're on the verge of something massive.
DODGE & FUSKI
There's no doubt that DNF (Dodge and Fuski) are on a roll right now. With 3 consecutive Beatport number 1's in a row, support from the biggest acts in the scene as well as YouTube behemoth UKF, and a sound that's really starting to come in their own, they're well on their way to becoming a major headline act with their trademark 4-deck live shows.
Their new label Disciple Recordings has also been rapidly growing since its inception earlier this
year. A joint venture with Never Say Die Records, 3 of its first 8 releases saw number 1 spots on Beatport, and with artists such as Pegboard Nerds, Far Too Loud and Xilent involved, it's showing no sign of slowing down.
2014 is fast becoming their biggest year yet, with a new EP kicking the year off followed up with some big name collabs and remixes, as well as regular tours back-to-back throughout Europe, North America and Australia.
