The Happenings will bring their signature sound and timeless hits to the Suncoast Showroom this weekend, November 29 and 30.

The Happenings' first break on the national charts happened in 1966 with their single release, "See You In September." The song climbed the charts, becoming the group's first international #1 record.

The group later landed nine Billboard Hot 100 singles hits from 1967 to 1968, including covers of "Go Away Little Girl" and the jazz song "My Mammy." Both tracks resulted in sales of more than one million copies and garnered the group two additional gold records. Numerous releases followed, including the classic covers of "I Got Rhythm," "Why Do Fools Fall In Love," "Breaking Up Is Hard To Do" and many more.

The group consists of lead singer and original member Bob Miranda, accompanied by Bob Kulik and George Rizzi.

Showtime each evening is 7:30 p.m. Tickets are available from $15.95, plus tax and convenience fees. Tickets can be purchased at any Boyd Gaming Box Office, by calling 702.636.7075, or on www.suncoastcasino.com.
