LOS ANGELES, CA -- Fans of Rock's favorite environmentalist, TJ Doyle have a new reason to celebrate! After a string of live performances on LA's famous Sunset Strip, the talented artist is set to debut his sophomore album, On The Horizon, on Monday, July 7, 2014, through iTunes, Amazon and other retail outlets, courtesy of Indie label Totem Artists, Inc.!

"I write music for the hearts and minds of my audience and take time to connect with nature," says TJ. "If we saw our Earth the way we see a friend or loved one, imagine how different that would feel."

With his band of six and co-producer, Grammy Award-winner Tom Weir of Studio City Sound, TJ has cut a record that exemplifies his unique message backed by hard-hitting blues and rock melodies. Grammy-nominated mixer Bill Smith (Ray Charles, Yes, Jennifer Lopez, John Fogerty) has provided more than 20 years of studio experience to the album mix while final touches were added by Peter Doell of Universal Mastering.

On The Horizon speaks about preserving the Earth. Saving the beauty of nature is something TJ feels has been put on the back burner for many; he hopes to bring light to the situation through his music with the expectation that future generations can appreciate its beauty in the same way he does. Devotees, drawn by TJ's connection with nature, have been treated to sneak previews of new songs through recent performances at classic venues such as The Mint, The Roxy and Whisky A Go Go.

Since his debut album, One True Thing, which was released in late 2009 and garnered thousands of fans from Internet radio exposure, TJ's passion is only more evident, especially in his ultra-popular song "Favorite Places" which is being re-released on the new album.

Whether you're a Rock-n-Roll fan or have a love for our Earth, On The Horizon weaves beautiful melodies that are sure to capture your devotion!
