The Spire Center for Performing Arts, the entertainment mecca of Plymouth, presents vocal trio Red Molly, Saturday, June 27, 8 pm, at The Spire Center for Performing Arts, 25 ½ Court Street, Plymouth. Singer/songwriter Eva Walsh opens.

Americana powerhouse Red Molly is known for their gorgeous harmonies, crisp musicianship, infectious songwriting, and warm, engaging stage presence. Laurie MacAllister (bass), Abbie Gardner (Dobro), and Molly Venter (guitar) weave together the threads of American music - from folk roots to bluegrass, from heartbreaking ballads to barn-burning honky tonk - as effortlessly as they blend their caramel voices into their signature soaring, crystalline three-part harmonies. Organic musicianship, a respect for the traditions of American music, and an obvious love of crafting music together lend a joyous atmosphere to their legendary live performances, and a natural balance to their studio recordings.

Gracing stages from Denver to Denmark, from Australia to Austin, Red Molly is renowned for their live shows, bringing audiences to their feet. Their latest CD, "The Red Album", was featured in USA Today and CMT Edge, and spent 16 weeks on the Americana Radio Top 40 chart, and was number one on the Folk DJ Radio Chart for all of 2014.

Fun-loving folk-pop singer Eva Walsh, Boston-based fiddler and songwriter, delivers a heartfelt performance of catchy original songs and smiles. Her debut album "Storybook" is the product of a diverse and lifelong exploration of music and tells the stories of the heart with undeniably sweet sincerity. Her musical curiosity grew into a passion, leading her to perform bluegrass, old-time, folk and jazz music around Nashville, all while working up the courage to hit the scene as a folk-pop songwriter. Walsh frequently performs as a solo artist, adding her fiddle and voice to a growing number of respected artists across New England.

Tickets for Red Molly are $20.00. Tickets are now available, advance purchases are recommended, seating is limited to capacity. The Spire is handicap accessible, public parking is available street side, and in public lots in close proximity.
