Patti LaBelle to Play MotorCity Casino Hotel's Sound Board in 2016

MotorCity Casino Hotel is proud to welcome Patti LaBelle to Sound Board on Thursday, January 14, 2016 at 8:00 p.m.

Patti LaBelle is a highly revered R&B and soul singer, Grammy Award winner and songwriter who fronted two groups, Patti LaBelle & the Bluebelles and Labelle. She is best known for her strong powerhouse vocals and her unique and distinct high-octave vocal belting. LaBelle is widely regarded as the queen of rock and soul music. She is also a bestselling cookbook author, actress, entrepreneur, and philanthropist.

This year, LaBelle took on a new challenge. She became a contestant on Season 20 Dancing With The Stars, partnering with professional dancer Artem Chigvintsev, the couple was eliminated in week 6.
