American soul-pop songwriter and artist Parson James has announced he will be bringing his music to life next month with a highly anticipated headlining show at Brooklyn's Music Hall of Williamsburg on December 9th. Joining him as a co-headliner will be up-and-comer pop singer Fletcher.

The first New York City show since his sold-out Rough Trade performance, tickets are expected to sell-out fast and go on-sale tomorrow, Wednesday, November 9th. For more information go to: https://www.facebook.com/iamparsonjames/

Tomorrow morning, Parson James will also be making his morning television debut on NBC's Today with Kathie Lee and Hoda. Parson James will be performing his current single "Sad Song" and is esteemed iHeart Radio's Elvis Duran's Artist of the Month.

Last month, Parson dropped another infectious pop gem via RCA Records titled "Sad Song." Written by Parson James and produced by Elof Loelv (Rihanna, Icona Pop, Zara Larsson), "Sad Song is a record for anyone and everyone who has been in the tricky position of sacrificing their own happiness for someone else's." Explains the 24-year-old songwriter and performer. He continues. "There is true power in realizing your worth and owning it. And even more power in accepting the fact that sometimes, that person you think you are in love with, is just simply not good enough for you."

Described as an "upbeat, anti-heartache anthem" by Billboard Magazine, this "empowering" (V Magazine) new single is steadily gaining traction with support from Sirius/XM's Entertainment Weekly show, thanks to the legendary Larry Flick. "Sad Song" is available now on all digital platforms.

Earlier this year, Parson James released his debut THE TEMPLE EP, which entered the Top 10 of the official iTunes pop charts this summer. He was touted as an Artist to Watch by Spotify, based on their listeners streaming habits and the official Viral Charts. The South Carolina born, New York City based artist made his late night television debut earlier this year, performing his last single "Temple" with the LGBT Lavender Light Choir on NBC's Late Night with Seth Meyers. Parson James' incredible music and signature sound also made a surprise prime time television appearance, this time with his stunning ballad "Waiting Game" - also taken from THE TEMPLE EP - which was performed live earlier this year by contestant finalist Trent Harmon on FOX's American Idol.
