PARISIAN EXPAT AND FASHION INSPIRATION, SACHA DI BONA RELEASES DEBUT EP 'AMICIS'
French artiste, Sacha Di Bona is a creative songwriter whose vivid imagination has allowed him to create his up-coming work 'Amicis', an EP releasing today. The EP is a collection of songs that take in everything from fairies and angels to huskies 'in the mist', making this a project that encompasses music, fashion and art culture with gusto.
Di Bona was raised in the shadow of the Eiffel Tower in Paris' 16th arrondissement, where he studied literature and philosophy before moving to Manhattan to become heavily involved in art culture, keeping company with everyone from clothing designer Yigal Azrouel, to Oscar-winning director, Michel Hazcanicius (The Artist). Not only is Sacha now releasing his own music, but the EP was also selected by iconic photographer Patrick De Marchelier to feature in his Paris exhibit throughout May and June.
The scene is set with the ever theatrical opening track and first single from the EP, 'Fairy Dust'.
"Fairy Dust is the perfect introduction song and a good transition from the reality to this other world - it was the ideal way to introduce myself and some of the people working with me side by side."
The accompanying video shows the full depth and grandeur of the project and, though not being his first time to grace the screens (having starred in People's Choice Award winning and Primetime Emmy nominated CBS show 'Person of Interest'), marks the coming together of Di Bona's passion for music and the visual arts.
