Mr. Pauer (Toto González) is a Latin Grammy Nominated producer and re-mixer born in the Caribbean city of Puerto la Cruz, Venezuela, based in Miami, FL. for over 21 years. Mr. Pauer has just announced his full-length follow-up to Latin Grammy nominated SOUNDTRACK (2011). The artist will collaborate with 14 vocalists and expand electrópico sound on his newest release, out September 18, 2015.

ORANGE is the new project. It features spontaneous music explorations of his Electrópico signature sound combining artists from four continents with different cultural and musical backgrounds sung in four languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese and Creole).

"I titled the album ORANGE because it connects deeply with joy, sunshine and the tropics," Mr. Pauer said. "It is a 'Pauerful' color that stimulates creativity, enthusiasm, success and encouragement. ORANGE is also the fruit that represents Florida, the state where Electrópico was born. The physical aspect of the ORANGE represents the union of many wedges to form one fruit; a symbolic representation of the 'Pauer' of teamwork."

With each track, the album deepens its multicultural roots with collaborations from many different nationalities, and expands its reach to an international audience.

Mr. Pauer is considered one of the pioneers in the new sounds of Latin electrónica receiving recognition for his debut album "Soundtrack" earning him a nomination for "Best Alternative Album" in the 12th annual Latin Grammy Awards. He is a music connoisseur and researcher of percussive rhythms from around the world.

Mr. Pauer's musical influences consist of diverse musical genres ranging from rock, electro, new wave, and house, to tropical, cumbia, and afro-beats, creating the dynamic musical explosion heard in his album a wide variety of mashups in his live shows.

"Living back in Venezuela I grew up listening to Anglo and Spanish rock, my mother used to listen to boleros, my dad to traditional Venezuelan music, my older brothers to American 80's pop, and to socialize I had to learn how to dance salsa and merengue. Magically after years, I connected the dots unconsciously creating an array of sounds that identify with the culture I grew up with." -Mr. Pauer

Electrópico is a music genre born in Miami, Florida by music producer Mr. Pauer (Toto González). It is a fusion of electronic dance music mixed with music genres originated between the Tropic of Cancer and Tropic of Capricorn (Salsa, Zouk, Reggae, Cumbia, Dancehall, Merengue, Kuduro, Bolero, etc.)

In 2010, Mr. Pauer created and used this term for the first time to describe the music that combined the sounds closely related with his childhood growing up in Venezuela and then influenced by living in a multicultural and multi-sound country like the USA.
