Aussie singer Mia Dyson will release Idllywild, the follow up to her critically acclaimed 2013 album The Moment, on June 3, 2014. The 11-track album, which will be supported with a Pledge Music campaign, was recorded in Ojai, CA at Brotheryn Studios. Idyllwild was produced by Pat Cupples and Erin "Syd" Sidney (The Co-op), who also worked on The Moment. To kick off the release, Mia partnered with Billboard in March to premiere her first single, "When We're Older." When asked about the track, Mia said "The song is looking down the road to being really old and how the world will perceive me at that point. The world seems to ignore people as they get older, but it doesn't have to be a dark, sad thing. There could be a freedom waiting for us and I want to embrace the freedom that comes with getting older, celebrating the idea of growing older wih the person I love, hoping our love lasts that long. Seeing the true beauty of the world and each other."

Mia is in the process of putting together a video for "When We're Older" and is requesting her fans' help. She's inviting fans to join in and celebrate growing old with the people they love by submitting footage of themselves with the ones they love. Fans can upload their footage to instagram with the hashtag #whenwereolder or they can submit footage to info@co-opsounds.com. The video shouldn't be anything fancy and fans should think of it as a moving photograph. Her fans with someone they love - their husband, best friend, grandparent, parent. Anything that signifies the span of time, the joys of aging with the ones you love. More info on the video project can be found here.

Mia previewed material from Idyllwild during a brief west coast run of tour dates in March, which included a handful of shows at SxSW. She'll be touring once again in support of the new album and has already confirmed a handful of dates that kick off on May 14 in Chicago. The tour will take her through the east coast and also includes a bunch of shows where she will be co-headlining with Will Dailey. Those dates begin in New Hampshire on May 29 and will take the duo to Burlington, Philly, Boston and more including, Rockwood Music Hall in NY on June 4. All tour dates are listed below and additional dates will be added shortly.

Released in the spring of 2013, The Moment received incredible reviews and saw Mia perform on AXS Live and The Artie Lange Show. The album received 4 stars in Rolling Stone Australia and the Aquarian Weekly raved, "The Moment can either inspire you, or make you break down in tears - either way, it's a record definitely worth experiencing." The Herald Sun declared it "a career-defining record for Dyson." The Brisbane Courier Mail called the album "a triumph" while Inpress said "every track on The Moment demands attention."
