If you've ever thought about making the switch to a menstrual cup, there has never been a better time! Lunette will be donating 10% of profits to Project Consent from March 15 to March 22, 2017. In June of 2014, Project Consent began as a simple statement to open up discussion of a consent-based culture, as opposed to a culture where rape victims are stigmatized and sexual assault is swept under the rug. Lunette is helping to foster this discussion by donating profits so that Project Consent can continue their mission. They will be working together to create Instagram stories on college campuses, asking students questions about consent. These stories will be posted on Lunette's Instagram from March 16 to March 21.

Lunette and Project Consent share values of awareness, education, and promotion. Project Consent creates content with the aim of helping educate others about rape culture and sexual assault. From articles to viral videos, the goal is to start conversations about consent in an accessible manner. Project Consent publishes three articles a week, with topics ranging from analysis of prominent court cases to the problems with catcalling. Content is created with the intention of being for everyone: you don't need to be a scholar to understand the mission, nor do you need any qualifications to know why consent is so important.

The Lunette menstrual cup is the future of period care. It's your user-friendly, safe, reusable, and eco-logical alternative to pads and tampons. Plus, using Lunette menstrual cups helps you rack up good karma points by protecting the environment and your purse strings offering peace of mind and a stress-free cycle.

In 2004, Heli Kurjanen ordered a menstrual cup from an online shop. She was thrilled about the freedom, flexibility, product possibilities, but knew it could be done better. And so she created the famed Lunette cup. With laser vision she improved the overall design, making sure it was rooted in safety, ease, and comfort, (and compatible for women of every age, shape, size and childbearing stage)- and thus led the charge to create the world's top menstrual cup.
You're all set with Lunette: just fold, insert like a tampon, and let it do its thing. Lunette menstrual cups collects fluids rather than absorbing them, keeping your superior interior naturally lubricated and healthy. You empty it rather than change it, wash it, and reuse it. You never 'run out of Lunette' (like tampons) because it runs around with you: in a pretty, convenient pouch (in case you're early) or in you, during your cycle. Relax, with Lunette menstrual cups, you can lose the leaks, and live your life.

In 2005, Lunette was brought to market in Finland, where it achieved strong sales, and by the end of that year; Lunette went online and international, with Lune North America based in Montana. In record time, Heli's life was transformed: from housewife to successful, international femme-trepreneur, and market disruptor, bringing education, sunlight, and intelligent protection solutions where few existed before. Heli changed everything about menstrual protection - one cup at a time.

The Lune Group Oy Ltd strives to make the lives of menstruating people around the world easier and more enjoyable through innovative ideas and products. The primary goal is to be known as the company that makes periods nicer, more ecological, and help people put their hard-earned money back where it belongs: in their pocketbook.

Lunette truly leads by example: the company works with many charities, including The Cup Project, eXXpedition, Lava Mae Project, The Red Pump Project, Yennenga Progress, and many more that enable and empower menstruating people all over the world.
