T.J. Martell Foundation's 6 th Annual Family Day Los Angeles, one of the organization's signature events, returns Sunday, November 16 with live music performances by pop/rock group R5, singer/actress Lucy Hale and co-star of the Disney Channel hit show "Girl Meets World" Sabrina Carpenter. The fun begins at 12p.m. and runs until 4p.m. on the CBS Studio Center Back Lot in Studio City, Calif., with all proceeds going toward leukemia, cancer and AIDS research.

Ken Bunt, President of Disney Music Group, will be honored with the Humanitarian Award at the family-friendly event. Bunt oversees all of The Walt Disney Company's recorded music and music publishing operations including Hollywood Records, Walt Disney Records and Disney Music Publishing.

The performing music artists announced for the annual event are no strangers to the Disney family. Besides starring in "Pretty Little Liars," Hale has appeared on numerous Disney shows, while Ross Lynch of R5 is best known for his role as Austin in "Austin & Ally" and Sabrina Carpenter is making people laugh regularly on the new hit show "Girl Meets World." Collectively, the music sensations entertain millions worldwide via the stage and on TV.

"The T.J. Martell Foundation does such important work and Ken Bunt has been so supportive in my musical journey, that I'm completely honored and thrilled to be a part of the day," says Hale.

Hale is best known as "Aria" on ABC Family's hit show "Pretty Little Liars" and now is embracing her southern roots with the release of her first country album, The Road Between, which released through DMG Nashville/Hollywood Records earlier this summer.

R5 has been busy selling out shows across the globe playing songs from their chart-topping debut albumLouder and new EP Heart Made Up On You. The band is currently on a headlining U.S. Tour and willrelease their sophomore album inearly 2015.The five siblings have been longtime supporters and attendees of Family Day but this is the first year they will be part of the headlining acts.

"We went to the T.J. Martell event when we first came to LA," explains R5. "We learned about the incredible work they do and we are proud and excited to perform this time around and to honor Ken Bunt."

R5's fellow lable-mate Sabrina Carpenter is making a splash on radio playlists around the country with her debut single "Can't Blame A Girl For Trying," the title track from her recently released EP. She will be performing this hit song along with newsingle"Middle of Starting Over." Sabrina's much anticipated debut full-length album is due in early 2015.

"I'm really excited to perform and be a part of this great foundation and the important work they do and I'm honored to do this for Ken Bunt," says Carpenter.

Family Day is one of the music industry's signature events providing a spectacular day full of fun games, live music performances, carnival activities, petting zoo, silent auction and barbeque food to raise money for leukemia, cancer and AIDS research.
