Lady Gaga Postpones Concerts Due to 'Severe Bronchitis'
According to Billboard.com, Lady Gaga has cancelled her concerts in Seattle and Vancouver. Live Nation Entertainment said a Wednesday night concert at Seattle's Key Arena, along with a scheduled date Friday night at Rogers Arena in Vancouver, have been postponed.
The concert promoter attributed the delay to Gaga coming down with "severe bronchitis."
She took to Twitter to apologize to fans for the inconvenience, writing: ''I'm devastated I'm unable to perform this week. Ursula took my mermaid voice. I've come down with horrible Bronchitis,'' making reference to the fictional sea witch from 'The Little Mermaid', who uses Ariel's voice to cast a spell in the popular Disney movie.
Gaga also insisted she would reschedule the cancelled shows so fans could see her live, posting: ''My deepest apologies to Seattle and Vancouver, we'll reschedule those shows & be back to make it up to you. I <3 monsters. #sadgaga.
Live Nation told fans to retain their tickets for rescheduled performances in each city, without specifying dates.
