LADY GAGA to Return to South Korea for Summer Music Festival Following 2-Year Absence

Billboard.com reports that Lady Gaga has joined the line up for the music festival in South Korea this summer. The news was announced by YG Entertainment today.

The pop star will appear on the second day of the AIA Real Life: Now Festival, which will take place at Seoul's Jamsil Sports Complex on August 15-16. The appearance will mark two years since Gaga performed in Seoul. Her last concert was a source of controversy when Korean censors considered her live show 'unsuitable' for young audiences and issued a ban on attendees under the age of 18.

As of yet, no word on whether the same situation will arise again. A spokeswoman for the state ratings board commented to Agence France-Presse that it was "too early" to determine whether or not those restrictions would be enacted. "All we can say now is that our board could make a similar decision as in 2012, if her upcoming concert is seen as unsuitable for young, teenaged audiences," she said.
