ESPN's popular Saturday morning pre-game show College GameDay Built by the Home Depot will get a visit from pop music superstar Katy Perry on Saturday, Oct. 4, when she drops by the GameDay set on the campus of the University of Mississippi in Oxford, Miss., to join host Chris Fowler and analysts Kirk Herbstreit, Lee Corso and Desmond Howard with their winning picks for the weekend's biggest COLLEGE FOOTBALL games.

The weekly three-hour Emmy Award-winning show (Saturday 9 a.m. - noon ET) will set up on The Grove in the heart of one of the best tailgating scenes in the country.

Perry has received many awards and nominations, including eleven Grammy nominations. Billboard dubbed her 2012's Woman of the Year. She has been listed in the Forbes "Top-Earning Women In Music" for 2011, 2012, and 2013.

Perry is the only artist to spend 69 consecutive weeks in the top ten of the Hot 100. Throughout her career, she has sold more than 11 million albums and 81 million singles worldwide, making her one of the best-selling artists of all time. She has six quintuple-platinum certified singles in the United States, more than any other artist.
