NBC has announced that on Tuesday, July 21st, Brandy Norwood, who currently stars as Roxie Hart in Broadway's Chicago, will appear during the 9'o' clock hour to talk about the musical. At 10 am, Jennifer Hudson, who will make her Broadway debut in the upcoming revival of THE COLOR PURPLE will visit with TODAY's Kathie Lee and Hoda. Be sure to set your DVR's!

The Tony Award-winning hit musical Chicago recently announced that, by popular demand, Norwood has extended her run as Roxie Hart through Sunday, August 2, 2015 at the Ambassador Theatre (219 W. 49th St., NYC).

A Grammy award-winning singer, songwriter and actress, Norwood has sold more than 40 million albums worldwide. She first stole our hearts with her multi-platinum self-titled debut album featuring the hit single "I Wanna Be Down." Her record "The Boy Is Mine" is the longest running number-one song and best-selling duet of all time. As an actress, Brandy has starred in her own sitcom, "Moesha," and made history in Disney's television film Cinderella as its first black princess, starring alongside her icon Whitney Houston.
