Reviewing the most recent MOSTLY MARCUS session, BroadwayWorld raved: "Mostly Marcus is a lovely way to spend some time. The understated vocalist has innate finesse and respect for lyrics that enhances every performance."

Upcoming MOSTLY MARCUS featured vocalists scheduled are: Champian Fulton (May 1, with guitarist Ron Affif), and Gabrielle Stravelli (June 5, with guitarist Ron Affif).

Laying bare his voice while exposing the strength of his heralded songwriting, Goldhaber teams with a different top jazz guitarist and featured vocalist with each show for an evening of playful spontaneity.

Marcus is touring behind his fourth album, A Lovely Way to Spend An Evening (Fallen Apple/The Orchard), which earned Honorable Mentions for Best Album of 2014 in theQuincy (MA) Patriot-Ledger and The Improper. The powerful, 12-track collection reintroduces some of Goldhaber's favorite standards alongside five originals, and promptedJazz Weekly to continue: "He's got a voice that is like a husky Chet Baker: vocool, but with an extra shot of testosterone. ... he makes old songs sound new, and his new songs sound vintage. ... If this guy were any more hip he'd have to visit the chiropractor for re-alignment!"
