Merle Haggard is widely regarded as country music's greatest living recording artist. At the age of 73, the veteran singer/songwriter/guitarist/producer/bandleader is still making some of the most compelling music of his long and storied career. Along the way, Haggard has scored no less than 39 #1 country hits; won various Grammy, CMA and ACM awards and become the only California-born artist in the Country Music Hall of Fame. In 1965, Haggard launched an incredible string of classic hits including Workin' Man Blues, If We Make It Through December, Okie From Muskogee, Mama Tried and Branded Man. Those classics found Haggard honoring country-music traditions while drawing upon a broad range of jazz, blues, and folk influences as well as his own harsh life experiences. Come see one of the most influential artists in country music as he makes his way onto the King Center stage! www.merlehaggard.com

KENNY LOGGINS

Tuesday, February 11, 8pm

Tickets on Sale Friday, October 18th at Noon

Tickets starting at $47.50 (inclusive of ticketing fees)

Produced by AEG Live

Kenny Loggins has been many things to many people over the past three decades - a guitar-slinger with a psychedelic rock band, a hot young songwriter with a publishing deal, half of a legendary country-rock duo Loggins & Messina, a massively successful and accomplished solo artist, a sonic pioneer in the smooth jazz genre, a reigning soundtrack superstar, a rocker, a seeker, as well as an enduring recording artist and live performer. With hits such as I'm Alright, Danger Zone, Footloose, This Is It, and Danny's Song, it's easy to see why Loggins' commercial impact has been extraordinary. Twelve of his albums have gone platinum and beyond. In a world of one hit wonders and fifteen minute sensations, Loggins has enjoyed hit songs in four straight decades -- a remarkable testament to his exceptional craftsmanship and stamina. To this day, Loggins continues to write and record at the height of his powers as a singer and a songwriter. This is something that Loggins proves every time he takes the stage to sing his soulful songs straight from the heart. www.kennyloggins.com
