Regional Mexican music star Gerardo Ortiz joins the much anticipated Semifinal episode of TELEMUNDO's LA VOZ KIDS this Sunday, July 3rd at 8pm/7c. The award-winning singer-songwriter, and record producer, will sing together with finalists from previous seasons of the competition, including Alan Ponce from season one, Abril Cisneros, Leslie Mendoza and Juan Manuel from season two, and Brianna Arteaga and Jesus Manuel Esquer from season three, for an exclusive performance from the soundstage at Universal Orlando Resort.

The gala will also feature a performance by the Coaches Daddy Yankee, Natalia Jimenez and Pedro Fernandez singing with their teams of four kids before revealing the result of the audience votes. After the announcement, the six semifinalists will perform individually and viewers will have their last chance to vote for their favorite voice after the end of the show.

Gerardo Ortiz is one of the architects of the alternative corrido movement and one of the most award-winning singers of regional Mexican music this decade. Ortiz has scored more No. 1s than any other solo act on the Billboard Regional Mexican Songs chart since 2010. He has scored six No. 1s on the Billboard Top Latin Albums chart since his debut in 2010, including with his latest set "Hoy Mas Fuerte," which was awarded as the "Regional Mexican Album of the Year."

TELEMUNDO's "La Voz Kids," hosted by Jorge Bernal and Patricia Manterola, is the Sunday night reality show that gives viewers the opportunity to witness how the stars of the future are discovered and developed.
