With the first half of 2014 behind us, Billboard.com reports that the soundtrack to Disney's FROZEN and Pharrell Williams' hit single, "Happy" lead as the year's biggest-selling album and digital song in the U.S., respectively, selling 2.7 million and 5.6 million, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

Through the sales week that ended on June 29, which marks the mid-way point of SoundScan's tracking year, "Frozen" is the sole album to have sold more than a million copies. Beyonce's self-titled set follows with 702,000.

The soundtrack to Frozen was released in November of 2013 and features performances by Broadway's Idina Menzel, Josh Gad and Jonathan Groff features original songs by the Academy Award nominated team of Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez (Avenue Q, Book of Mormon.)
