Grammy-winner EVERLAST has announced new tour dates in support of his upcoming studio album "Songs of the Ungrateful Living", which hits stores on October 18th. Lucky residents of Long Beach, CA will have a chance to meet Everlast in-person at Fingerprints C D's & L P's on the day the album drops during a special in-store performance. Everlast has also scheduled a rare intimate performance at the legendary Viper Room in Hollywood on October 20th, as well as KTBZ's Buzzfest in Houston on October 22nd.

Everlast will hit the road for a full US tour in the month of November with Hollywood Records recording artist Redlight King supporting all dates.

Everlast has returned to the airwaves in a big way with, "I Get By" the first single from "Songs of the Ungrateful Living". "I Get By," an anthem for these troubled times is already making major in-roads at radio, breaking the top forty at both the BDS and Mediabase Alternative charts. Highlights include top five airplay on San Diego's influential 91x and top ten in Tucson on KFMA. Paul Kriegler, program director at Tulsa's KMYZ comments emphatically, "Huge phones! A message that really resonates." "I Get By," is just one of the emotionally impactful songs off the album that Rolling Stone says, "highlights economic hardship." Vibe comments, "On his sixth solo studio work the groundbreaking white MC is making a no-nonsense return-to-form." A viral video of Everlast's "I Get By" fittingly set to images of the "Occupy Wall Street" protests that are currently happening in New York City can be seen online at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LRI38EpRPiM.

EVERLAST recently performed as a part of KROQ's Epicenter Show on September 24th at Irvine's Verizon Wireless Center where the site OC Reloaded exclaimed, "Everlast (aka Erik Schrody) is not just any ole white-boy rapper. He's also a talented songwriter, musician, and leader of the legendary rap group House of Pain," calling his songs "brilliant."

Although there have been albums in between, "Songs of the Ungrateful Living" is the spiritual follow-up to his 1998 breakthrough, the multi-platinum "Whitey Ford Sings the Blues", an eclectic mix of rock, blues, country, pop and hip-hop, which topped the Billboard charts and sold more than 3 million copies on the strength of its crossover hit, "What It's Like."
A latticework of rock and hip hop, Redlight King's music conjures old school sounds while frontman-songwriter, Kaz's, pensive musings reflect the culmination of life's highs and lows. Landing in the U.S. with a bang, Redlight King's first single "Old Man" from their U.S. debut, ‘Something For The Pain', garnered plenty of buzz. The original song featuring the first-ever sampling of the Neil Young classic, approved by Neil himself, debuted #10 on iTunes Rock Chart while the album landed #3 on Billboard's Heatseekers chart. Fresh off a summer tour with AWOLNATION, Redlight King is ready to head back on the road in support of their current single "Bullet In My Hand," a ferocious blend of rock with rhythmic undertones that has anthem written all over it.
