Durwood Haddock Releases New CD 'Keep'em Dancin'

Eagle International Records releases sixth CD on legendary singer/songwriter: DURWOOD HADDOCK - KEEP'EM DANCIN'. The industry veteran's songs have been recorded by such notables as Patsy Cline, Ernest Tubb, Carl Smith, Jerry Wallace, Billy "Crash" Craddock, Sissy Spacek, plus a host of others and his country standard, THERE SHE GOES, recorded several hundred times by other artists, and is featured in the Oscar Winning movie, "Coal Miner's Daughter", the life story of Loretta Lynn. More recently There She Goes was featured in the 2006 film, "The Heart Is Deceitful Above All Things", starring the Italian Actress Asian Argento, co-starring Peter Fonda, Marilyn Manson and Wyonna Ryder. I Don't Wanta, also a Haddock composition was included in the soundtrack for the Bruce Willis - Matthew Perry movie, The Whole Ten Yards and performed by Patsy Cline.

In this issue (KEEP'EM DANCIN') instrumentation includes nick, nick twin fiddles, pedal steel, lap steel, viola, electric lead, acoustic lead, keyboards, percussion, drum & bass with harmony vocals. The CD is appropriately titled and no doubt will make want you to hit the dance floor with your fave or at least roll back the rug. This is a no holds barred country CD with no fancy frills and jazzy breaks in the middle and has only four covers, while the originals are excellent tunes as well. DURWOOD vocally is in top form.
