Drew Holcomb and The Neighbors are thrilled to bring the Good Light album out West for the first time ever this fall. The month-long trek will kick off with a special Halloween weekend performance at this year's Voodoo Music Festival in New Orleans, where they'll be joining an incredible bill featuring Outkast, Skrillex, Foo Fighters, and a ton more! Immediately following, Texas' Penny and Sparrow will join them as they make their way out West. The two bands officially kick off the West Coast run at the Soda Bar in San Diego on November 3rd and work their way up the Coast hitting the Troubadour in Los Angeles on the 4th, passing through Felton and Napa on the 5th and 6th and playing The Chapel in San Francisco on the 7th. The tour will also visit Seattle, Portland, Salt Lake City, Boulder and more before wrapping on November 21st, at The Bottleneck in Lawrence, KS.

The West Coast leg follows a year of touring in support of Good Light, the 2013 full-length album released on Good Time Records. Recorded in his hometown of Memphis, TN at Ardent Studios, Good Light is one of Drew's most personal records - an emotional ride of highs and lows drawing from his own experiences to find meaning and joy in times of heartbreak and disappointment. The album arrived on the heels of Drew's 30th birthday and the birth of his first child, with his wife, fellow musician and bandmate Ellie Holcomb. When asked about Good Light and what the album means to him, Drew shared the following...

I have been through really difficult things. When I was 17 I lost my younger brother and have lived through the grief of that great absence. On the other hand, I have experienced the joy of being married to the girl I always wanted. The album perfectly tells the story for a new stage in my life.

The honesty Drew shared on Good Light resonated with fans and critics worldwide. The album was the group's highest Billboard 200 debut; it hit #5 on the Billboard Folk Albums chart and #1 on the iTunes Singer/Songwriter chart. The album boasted several singles including the title track "Good Light" and "Nothing But Trouble," the latter featured on ABC's Nashville and Paste Magazine's Valentine's Day sampler.

Soon Drew was playing sold out dates across the country including City Winery (NYC), The Parish (Austin), Triple Rock (MSP), House of Blues (Dallas), and the Cannery Ballroom (Nashville). Drew also took the show overseas to venues across Ireland and the UK, as well as to festivals such as Bonnaroo and Hangout. In the summer of 2014, Drew presented his own festival - the inaugural Moon River Music Festival at the Levitt Shell in Memphis, TN. The one-day event saw over 3,000 fans in attendance and featured Will Hoge, Judah & the Lion, and other acts mainly from the Southeast. A portion of the proceeds from the festival benefitted charities including the St. Jude Children's Hospital.

As Drew gets ready to embark on a new chapter in his life, he is excited to reflect once more on the past few years and let the West Coast in on the Good Light magic.
