Dr. Phillips Center Opens Florida Blue Free Concert Series with Tiempo Libre Tonight

The Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts launches a two-year partnership with Florida Blue Foundation with the Florida Blue Free Concert Series first concert Tiempo Libre on the Seneff Arts Plaza at 6 p.m. tonight, February 27, 2015. Other concerts already confirmed in the series are the US Navy Band, 4 p.m. on March 7, 2015 and the Original Wailers, 6 p.m. on March 29, 2015. The concert series is set in the outdoor Seneff Arts Plaza which can accommodate up to 3,000 attendees. The Florida Blue Free Concert Series will be free and open to the public.

"Florida Blue's support of this series helps us make the Seneff Arts Plaza an ideal gathering place for the community," said Kathy Ramsberger, president and CEO of the Dr. Phillips Center. "The series aligns with our mission of "Arts for Every Life" by celebrating all performing arts and offering a wide array of genres as well as special programming for families and children."
