With summer right around the bend, Asbury Park quartet Dentist has dropped a new single, "Meet You There (In Delaware)", on Stereogum. It's a perfect addition to that summer playlist you're probably making. You may have already heard their beachy surfpop sound on their single "Awful," which premiered on Noisey earlier this year. Both tracks are available on their upcoming Ceilings LP, out June 24th via Little Dickman Records.

Listen to "Meet You There"

Products of the blossoming Asbury Park, New Jersey scene, these lively punk rockers combine a fuzzy garage band vibe with a beachy, traditionally west-coast sound. Since the release of their self-titled debut album in 2014, Dentist has toured extensively throughout the Northeast and the South, and plan to do so more extensively this summer, picking up more fans and experiences along the way.

"Meet You There (In Delaware)" gives listeners a sneak-peek of what's to come on Ceilings this summer, and it's a lot of fun. The track's danceable drumbeat, combined with bending surf rock guitars and frontwoman Emily Bornemann's infectious vocals, create a sound that's perfect to beckon in the warmer months. "Meet You There (In Delaware)" is out now via Stereogum.
