Darling Parade Performs at MTV's O Music Awards Tonight

Nearly one million votes were cast and the results are in-Darling Parade scores a nomination in the "Make a Band Famous" category at MTV's O Music Awards. All five nominees, chosen by fan vote, will perform at the MTV O Music Awards airing tonight, June 19 at 7 p.m. ET as part of "Live Music Day," a 24-hour, live-streamed party featuring performances from around the country.

The OMAs, which honor innovators in music, culture and technology, will feature more than 50 bands performing, with Roots drummer ?uestlove serving as host and the party's heartbeat during an all-day drum-a-thon.

During the live show, the band who scores the most votes will get a once-in-a-lifetime shot to play VMA weekend in August, as well as the distinction of becoming MTV's Artist to Watch, VH1's You Oughta Know or CMT's Listen Up highlighted band.
