Daisy Fuentes, Jorge Bernal to Return as Hosts for Third Season of LA VOZ KIDS

As the casting period for the third season of "La Voz Kids" kicks off, Telemundo announced that TV personality and fashion mogul Daisy Fuentes and renowned entertainment anchor Jorge Bernal will return as hosts of the popular Sunday night reality show, slated for premiere in spring 2015. Following the success of the first two seasons, the music competition reality series will allow viewers the opportunity to witness how the stars of the future are discovered and developed. The program will once again feature young vocalists between the ages of seven and 15 competing for a recording contract and a cash prize to support their education.

Daisy Fuentes instantly became a household name when she broke out on MTV as their first Latina VJ. Joining Telemundo's 'La Voz Kids' came full circle for Fuentes who began her television career as a weather-girl at the network's New York City affiliate, WNJU. The Cuban-born model was quickly discovered by MTV and became the first VJ to be signed to both MTV U.S. and MTV Latino, launching her as an international star. Fuentes hosted some of the network's most iconic series including "MTV's House of Style," "MTV Spring Break" and "MTV Internacional." Fuentes went on to host "America's Funniest Home Videos" for ABC and also hosted specials such as the "Miss Universe" pageants, "Countdown to the Latin Grammy's," "Miss USA" pageants and "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve."

No stranger to promoting brands, Fuentes began her career as a model and became the first Hispanic face of Revlon cosmetics and signed to a worldwide contract, followed by endorsements for major corporations such as Pantene, American Express, M&Ms, among others. Celebrating its 10thAnniversary, Fuentes' line is the second longest running celebrity apparel brand in history, exceeding $1.5 billion in sales.

Jorge Bernal, also known as "Mr. Check it Out," who was recently honored with a national Emmy®, is one of the most beloved personalities in the U.S. Hispanic television. With his great charisma, passion and sense of humor, he currently hosts Telemundo's daytime entertainment show, "Suelta La Sopa" and "Suelta La Sopa Extra." With more than a decade working at the Spanish-language network, Bernal became known to viewers across the nation as the entertainment anchor for "Al Rojo Vivo con María Celeste."

He has also co-hosted red carpet specials for "Billboard Latin Music Awards" and "Premios Tu Mundo," as well as Miss Universe's "Camino a la Corona," "Ritmo y Sabor," "Calle Ocho," and "Ritmo Latino Music Awards." He hosts his own national radio morning show, "Tu Mañana Live!" on SiriusXM's channel 152 and has been featured in renowned magazines such as Ocean Drive, Maxim and TV y Novelas, as well as People en Español, where he was named among this year's "Most Beautiful."
