To kick off their sophomore album release Baltimore Crush (available today, 10/28) via Bar/None Records, Philadelphia's own DRGN King gave us an exclusive look at their first track "In the Future."

The Philly twosome, Dominic Angelella and Brent Reynolds, are the verve behind the cool tracks of DRGN King. Although a duo on paper, DRGN King is known for their surprise guest lineup and additional members to fill out their layered sound. Angelella has been involved in multiple acts throughout Philadelphia's music scene, while Reynolds has focused on a different stream producing for hip-hop acts (The Roots, Mac Miller, Juicy J). And although their backgrounds offer an eclectic palette, their resulting sound delivers unruffled vocals and habitual hooks; from what we've heard off of Baltimore Crush so far, they are here to leave an impression.

"In the Future," DRGN King's initial track off of Baltimore Crush, is a surge of a dulcet choruses garnished with dominant beats and fetching guitar breakdowns. Check it out for yourself here and be sure to pick up DRGN King's full album Baltimore Crush at the end of this month.
