DEERHOOF Release New Music Video for 'Exit Only'

2014 saw Deerhoof's 20-year career ascend to a new level of reverence with both fans and media alike. Commercially accessible and quintessentially Deerhoof all the same, their latest record La Isla Bonita is hailed as their most bold and rebellious to date. The band closed out the year at #2 on the CMJ Top 200 Charts, the record also charted on Billboard Heatseekers as well as the Billboard Top LP Vinyl Albums.

Two decades into their career, Deerhoof's energy continues to grow and blow minds, especially on stage as they thrust fans into a 360-degree experience. Between Satomi Matsuazaki's captivating dance moves, Ed Rodriguez and John Dieterich's dueling guitar riffs and, of course, drummer Greg Saunier's rhythmic insanity, its hard to decide where to look. Deerhoof kicked off their recent tour with a 3 night sold-out blow out at Brooklyn's Baby's All Right, and captured the raucous energy of the first night on film! For the sad soul who has yet to experience Deerhoof live, today we share the next best thing with a live performance of album single "Exit Only" filmed at Baby's All Right + the full night's set produced by Tofu Bandit Media and mixed by Deerhoof's own Greg Saunier.

Deerhoof's late 2014 tour saw the band curating the lineup, inviting different friends to open for them across the nation. 2015 will present even more opportunities to experience the band live, as they tour alongside of Montreal early in March and are joined later on the road by Perfect Pussy as support.
