Take a walk with Mike Birbiglia! His new CD, "Sleepwalk With Me Live" is released on COMEDY CENTRAL Records on Tuesday, April 19.

The album is a recording of Birbiglia's Off-Broadway play "Sleepwalk With Me," a comic memoir of true life events revolving around his life-threatening sleep disorder. Birbiglia weaves a story as compelling as it is hysterical. It's a story of heartbreak and denial, of incidents and escalating accidents that culminate with a death-defying leap. On the "Sleepwalk With Me Live!" album, Birbiglia invites listeners to take this leap with him.

In 2009, Birbiglia teamed up with Broadway legend Nathan Lane and award-winning director Seth Barrish in the stage show "Sleepwalk With Me." The New York Times praised Birbiglia's Off-Broadway hit as "simply perfect" and "about more than it's about." The show won the Nightlife Award for Outstanding Engagement by a Comedian and received Drama Desk, Lucille Lortel, and Outer Critics' Circle nominations as Best Solo Show. The play transcended joke-to-joke comedy and wove humor into a single, compelling, story.

In addition to his critically acclaimed 2009 Off-Broadway show, "Sleepwalk With Me,""Mike Birbiglia's My Girlfriend's Boyfriend," a new comedy written by and starring Birbiglia, is currently playing to sold out audiences at The Barrow Street Theater in New York City. In his new play, Birbigliashares a lifetime of romantic blunders and miscues that most adults would spend a lifetime trying to forget.

Birbiglia's additional credits include several specials on COMEDY CENTRAL, several best-selling comedy CDs and numerous appearances on talk shows including "Late Show with David Letterman," "Conan," "Jimmy Kimmel Live," "The View," "The Late Show with Jimmy Fallon," and "The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson." He is a frequent contributor to Public Radio International's "This American Life," "The Moth Radio Hour" and a regular on "The Bob & Tom Radio Show."

Other previously released recordings by COMEDY CENTRAL Records include: Louis C.K.'s "Hilarious," Dane Cook's "I Did My Best - Greatest Hits," Bo Burnham's "Words, Words, Words," Doug Benson's "Hypocritical Oaf," Kevin Hart's "Seriously Funny," "The Sarah Silverman Program Soundtrack Album," George Lopez' "Tall Dark and Chicano," Greg Giraldo's "Midlife Vices," Nick Swardson's "Seriously, Who Farted?," Dane Cook's "ISolated INcident," Cook's platinum-selling "Harmful If Swallowed" and double-platinum "Retaliation," and Mitch Hedberg's "Do You Believe in Gosh?" among others.

COMEDY CENTRAL, the only all-comedy network, currently is seen in more than 98 million homes nationwide. COMEDY CENTRAL is owned by, and is a registered trademark of, Comedy Partners, a wholly-owned division of Viacom Inc.'s (NYSE: VIA and VIA.B) MTV Networks. COMEDY CENTRAL's Internet address is www.comedycentral.com.
