Cast of GLEE, Katy Perry,fun. & More to Perform at Obama Inaugural Ball

Billboard.com reports that Katy Perry, Usher and the cast of GLEE will be among the performers taking part in President Obama's Inaugural galas planned for the January 21 57th Presidential Inauguration celebration. Other superstars in the line-up include Brad Paisley, Smokey Robinson, Marc Anthony, Stevie Wonder, Alicia Keys and John Legend.

Earlier in the week it was reported that Beyonce, James Taylor and Kelly Clarkson would perform at the inauguration ceremony. Beyonce will be performing The National Anthem while American Idol winner Clarkson will take on My Country Tis of Thee. James Taylor will sing his version of America the Beautiful.

A statement from President Obama read: "Vice President [Joe] Biden and I are honored to have these wonderfully talented musical artists perform at the Inaugural ceremony. Their music is often at the heart of the American story and speaks to folks across the country."

The massive concert, which is expected to draw more than 35,000 attendees, and the two official inaugural balls will be held at the Washington Convention Center over the Martin Luther King holiday weekend as the President begins his second term of office.

Other event performers include Far East Movement, pop-rock trio fun., R&B band Mindless Behavior, Nick Cannon and the youth gospel choir Soul Children of Chicago.
