Brick + Mortar to Tour with The Front Bottoms & Diet Cig, Release New Video on Consequence of Sound

Jersey band Brick + Mortar has just premiered their latest video for "Four Yellow Walls" on Consequence of Sound, accompanying a tour announcement with punk vets The Front Bottoms and up-and-comers Diet Cig. Taken from 2015 LP Dropped, the absolute acid trip of a video shows the neon-laced band members dancing, playing, and occasionally smooching puppets (a la Sifl & Olly). Quick, strong basslines anchor the upbeat, pop-leaning melody; the only thing keeping this song-video combo on Planet Earth.

CoS also announced a much-anticipated and expansive Front Bottoms tour, with Brick + Mortar joining Diet Cig as openers. The tour will span over two months and hit just about every city in the US. The bands will also play both weekends of Coachella, Shaky Knees Festival in Atlanta, and Boston Calling Music Festival. Between the beloved Front Bottoms, the quickly rising indie darlings Diet Cig, and the ever surprising, never dull Brick + Mortar, this tour is a guaranteed smash.
