Brian Setzer Orchestra to Return to the State Theatre in Easton as Part of CHRISTMAS ROCKS Tour, 12/2

The annual Christmas tour from THE BRIAN SETZER ORCHESTRA has become one of the most exciting annual rockin' Christmas events on the planet and the iconic guitarist, songwriter and vocalist BRIAN SETZER and his 18-piece THE BRIAN SETZER ORCHESTRA have announced the 11th annual "Christmas Rocks Tour." Pre-sale tickets for a select number of shows will be available beginning this week here: briansetzer.com/tour.

The tour will stop at the State Theatre, Easton, PA for one show only Tues, December 2, 7 PM. Tickets will go on sale to State Theatre Members on Tuesday, August 5th, to the public August 19th. Tickets and Memberships can be purchased at www.statetheatre.org, 1-800-999-STATE or in person at the State Theatre Box Office, 453 Northampton Street, Easton.

"The Christmas Tour has become an annual tradition for many people, says SETZER. "It's so enjoyable for me because not only do I get to play my own versions of holiday music, but also songs I recorded with my orchestra and the Stray Cats. I love breaking down the set in the middle and just play rockabilly music with a three-piece, which is where I started. I get to change up the set every year and it's also my favorite time of year."

3-time Grammy-award-winner, Brian Setzer is a "Musician's Musician" credited with consistently taking chances with innovative and daring musical styles, while single-handedly resurrecting two forgotten genres of music (rockabilly in the '80's and swing in the '90's). Along the way he has scored chart-topping hits throughout his decorated career as founder/leader of the Stray Cats, his 18-piece Brian Setzer Orchestra, and as a solo artist.
