Kids and their parental units should get ready for some rockin' Halloween action, as award winning kindie band Baze and His Silly Friends presents two high-energy, all-ages, get-up-and-dance shows on board a special Circle Line Kids Halloween Sightseeing Cruise, departing from NYC's Pier 83 (W. 42nd St. at 12th Ave.) on Saturday, October 26. Boarding is at 9:30 a.m., and the ship will sail at 10:00 a.m. for a 75-minute cruise around the Statue of Liberty.

Baze and His Silly Friends perform what Jeff Bogle (Out With The Kids) described as "rock solid, toe tapping, kiddie rock-n-roll," and for this Halloween cruise, they'll perform in costume! To celebrate the spooky spirit of the season, kids are likewise encouraged to get on board with their Halloween costumes. Professional face painters will be at the ready to decorate Halloween faces. There'll be opportunities to snap a pic with the Statue of Liberty, and a kid-friendly tour guide will be on hand with loads of cool information. Halloween prizes and giveaways will grace the proceedings with extra sparkle, and food and drink treats will be available for purchase.

Baze and His Silly Friends will kick off the Halloween fun with their traditional welcome song, "Hi, Hello, How Are You?" before hitting the drum roll-off to the well-loved "Ants Go Marching," getting the whole crowd up on their feet and marching along. The band promises to play plenty of BAHSF fan favorites, including, in honor of Halloween, their special "Scare Me Scare You" song. Band members will hand out tambourines and invite everyone to come onstage, joining the music making on "All My Silly Friends" and singing along to the nursery rhyme lyrics of "Poor Mother Goose." When Baze heads into the crowd during "Train Train," a limbo line "train" will form, dancing its way around the ship before pulling into the "station" for the show's grand finale, with Baze inviting kids onstage to sing the ABCs into the microphone and the band breaking into their famous version of the song, "I've Got the ABCs," which features kids chiming in on the backup vocal "yeah, yeahs."

Says Marc "Baze" Bazerman, founder/leader of Baze and His Silly Friends, "Baze and His Silly Friends prides itself on hitting the stage at 1,000 mph and taking kids and families on the musical ride of their lives! And, of course, a BAHSF show is never complete without tons of bubbles, lots of laughs, and enough good times to make even Grandma get out of her rocking chair and boogie up those stairs."

Baze and His Silly Friends are proud supporters of Autism Speaks, and a portion of the band's CD sales goes to help raise autism awareness.

The newest Baze and His Silly Friends CD, The Best Day Ever!, will be released on October 29 and will be available at CDBaby.com and iTunes.
