ABC's DICK CLARK'S NEW YEAR'S ROCKIN' EVE WITH RYAN SEACREST 2017 - Fourteen-time Billboard Music Award winner and ten-time American Music Award winner Mariah Carey will give the last big performance of 2016 when she performs live for over one million people in Times Square moments before the ball drops on "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2017." Multi-platinum selling band DNCE, international superstar Gloria Estefan with the cast of her smash hit Broadway musical ON YOUR FEET and chart-topping country artist Thomas Rhett are set to join Carey for performances in the hours leading up to the 2017 countdown on SATURDAY, DECEMBER 31, beginning at 8 p.m. EST, on the ABC Television Network.

This year marks the 45th anniversary of America's biggest celebration of the year, which includes 5 ½ hours of special performances and reports on New Year's celebrations from around the globe. Ryan Seacrest will host and lead the traditional countdown to midnight from Times Square in New York City, as he has for the last 11 years, with live onsite reporting from actress and comedian Jenny McCarthy. Additional performances will include Fifth Harmony featuring Kid Ink and Ty Dolla $ign, Niall Horan, Lukas Graham, Shawn Mendes and Emeli Sande.


Celebrate the incoming New Year with LATE NIGHT WITH SETH MEYERS NEW YEAR'S EVE SPECIAL" airing December 31 at 10 p.m. ET/PT.

The hourlong program will feature special appearances by Jennifer Lawrence ("Passengers"), Arnold Schwarzenegger ("The New Celebrity Apprentice"), Leslie Jones ("Saturday Night Live"), a performance by multiple Grammy-winning superstar Kelly Clarkson and more.

Seth Meyers is an Emmy Award-winning writer and current host of "Late Night with Seth Meyers." Meyers was named one of the 2014 TIME 100, Time magazine's 100 most influential people. Meyers also hosted the 66th Primetime Emmy Awards.


NBC's NEW YEAR'S EVE WITH CARSON DALY - Global superstar Jennifer Lopez will join "NBC's New Year's Eve With Carson Daly," set to air live from Times Square in New York, on Saturday, Dec. 31 at 11:30 p.m. ET/PT. The telecast will feature a performance from Lopez's critically acclaimed and record-setting headlining residency in Las Vegas, "Jennifer Lopez: All I Have."

The recent winner of the Best of Vegas Award for "Best Production Show" by readers of the Las Vegas Review-Journal, "All I Have" is a once-in-a-lifetime experience for fans, featuring a five-piece live band, 14 dancers and Lopez's fierce talent on stage each night. The show will run through 2018 and is produced by Lopez and Benny Medina, and directed by Nappytabs.

Hosted by Carson Daly with Mel B, the special will also feature previously announced performances from Alicia Keys, Pentatonix and Blake Shelton. In addition, Telemundo will simulcast in Spanish with the event hosted by stars Patricia Manterola and Daniel Sarcos.


PITBULL'S NEW YEAR'S REVOLUTION - Old school is new school again as some of the best musical acts of the '90s join PITBULL'S NEW YEAR'S REVOLUTION live from Miami Saturday, Dec. 31 (11:00 PM-12:30 AM ET live/CT/MT/PT tape-delayed) on FOX. Direct from the "I Love the '90s" tour, hip-hop and rap artists Biz Markie, Coolio, Naughty By Nature, Rob Base, Salt-N-Pepa, Tone Loc, Nelly and Young MC will join Pitbull and hosts Queen Latifah and Snoop Dogg to help ring in an unforgettable new year.

PITBULL'S NEW YEAR'S REVOLUTION returns for a third annual New Year's Eve party, broadcast live from Miami's Bayfront Park, with the breathtaking skyline and waterfront views as a backdrop to the celebration. Pitbull will start the year off right with great music and epic surprises to ring in 2017 Miami-style. Additional performers to be announced.


Back for their 10th year as co-hosts of CNN's NEW YEAR'S EVE LIVE WITH ANDERSON COOPER AND KATHY GRIFFIN will air on Saturday, Dec. 31, from 8 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. (ET)

At 12:30 a.m. (ET), Anderson and Kathy will hand off to Don Lemon and Brooke Baldwin who will be counting down as the Central Time Zone rings in the New Year from The Spotted Cat Music Club in New Orleans. Anderson Cooper and Kathy Griffin will ring in 2017 from New York City's Times Square, along with CNN correspondents reporting from celebrations across the country. Don Lemon and Brooke Baldwin will be celebrating from New Orleans, Richard Quest will report from the energized crowds of Times Square, and Sara Sidner will be in Nashville's Bicentennial Park for a live interview and performance with country superstar Keith Urban at Jack Daniel's Music City Midnight. Gary Tuchman will toast from Miami's famed Fontainebleau Hotel, Randi Kaye will be on board a Royal Caribbean cruise ship and HLN's Lynn Smith celebrates from a pyrotechnic spectacular at Reunion Tower in Dallas.

Leading up to "New Year's Eve Live with Anderson Cooper and Kathy Griffin" will be "All the Best, All the Worst 2016," which premieres on December 27th at 9 p.m. (ET), and will re-air on Dec 31st at 7p.m. (ET). The one hour special hosted by Tom Foreman will count down to 2017 by shining a spotlight on the highlights and lowlights of the past year in politics, pop culture, the economy, and entertainment.


Stage and screen legend Julie Andrews returns for the eighth time to host the festive annual New Year's celebration with the Vienna Philharmonic, under the direction of Gustavo Dudamel, from Vienna's Musikverein. FROM VIENNA: THE NEW YEAR'S CELEBRATION 2017, featuring the infectious melodies of the Strauss Family and their contemporaries, airs on Great Performances, Sunday, January 1 at 2:30 p.m. ET on PBS (check local listings) with an encore performance that evening at 7:30 p.m.

Maestro Dudamel is conducting the ever-popular concert for the very first time. The Vienna Singverein (Singverein der Gesellschaft der Musikfreunde) concert choir and the soloists of the Vienna State Ballet return for the gala evening marking the 175th anniversary year of the Vienna Philharmonic and its founding conductor Otto Nicolai. The Official Times Square New Year's Eve LIVE Webcast - Join official host Jonathan Bennett and two correspondents as they provide commercial-free, webcast coverage of the festivities leading up to the Ball Drop at midnight, including backstage access, behind-the-scenes stories and interviews with revelers, performers and other celebrities. Music superstars Gavin DeGraw and Rachel Platten will perform in Times Square along with platinum-selling producer, rapper and songwriter, Silentó and the inaugural New Year, New Voices selection Jojo Abot.

The Times Square 2017 Webcast will begin at 6 p.m. ET on December 31, 2016 and end at 12:15 a.m.on January 1, 2017 ET. The show will be streamed live on multiple websites, including TimesSquareNYC.org, NewYearsEve.nyc, Livestream.com/2017 and TimesSquareBall.net and can be watched live below:
